精密検査

精密検査Precision Examination 精密検査によりインプラント本体の状態、周囲の骨の量、炎症の広がりを可視化します。 We visualize the state of the implant, bone volume, and spread of inflammation.

歯科用CTで骨の厚みや神経の位置を3次元で確認し、口腔内診査では噛み合わせのバランスや清掃状態をチェックします。 We use dental CT to check bone thickness and nerve position in 3D, and perform oral exams to check bite balance and hygiene.

▶保存可能な場合は洗浄や薬剤、あるいは外科的な清掃による「インプラント周囲炎」などの治療を開始します。
▶再治療が必要な場合は被せ物の作り直し、またはインプラントの撤去と再埋入の計画いたします。
▶抜去が必要な場合はリスクを説明し、入れ歯やブリッジ、再インプラントなどの代替案をご提案いたします。
▶セカンドオピニオンのみご希望の方には診断結果をお渡しいたします。 ▶ If salvageable, we start treatments like peri-implantitis cleaning or medication.
▶ If retreatment is needed, we plan for crown remake or implant removal/replacement.
▶ If extraction is necessary, we explain risks and suggest alternatives like dentures or bridges.

インプラントのパーツ取り寄せが必要な場合は世界中に数百種類あるインプラントの中から、使用されているパーツを特定し、適合する器具を取り寄せます。インプラントの種類が不明な場合はAI判定で特定します。
被せ物の作り直し、ネジの締め直しなどの治療やクリーニング処理で済む場合もございます。 If specific parts are needed, we identify them from hundreds of types worldwide and order compatible tools. If the type is unknown, we use AI detection. Sometimes, only crown remaking, screw tightening, or deep cleaning is required.
